In my opinion, the location is good. We need to walk only less than 5mn to get to mrt Taipei City Hall. Taipei 101 and malls are at 5 to 15mn by walk. The apartment in the 131 at the 12th floor where I stayed is nice. In this apartement there are a washing machine doing drying too, a fridge, a tv, a plate heat, a sofa.

This is not an hotel, it's an appartement rent so no service room, no cleaning. Their office is not at the 129 or 131, you need to call them before to get your passcode or keys. For foreigner who don't have a phone working in Taiwan you need to find a telephone booth. The wifi was not working during my stay. If you need help or information you need to call them between 12:00 to 22:00 or going to their office at the 141 4f-9. I'll recommand Lucky Rent only for people who don't need services for their stay. Another comment: There are 3 Anonymous Solo Traveller from Portugal who put the maximum score at their review on Booked.net, I think it's suspicious :P

Great location for shopping and everything.

Staff threw me an incorrect Wifi password and of course never worked. Called again and she asked me to call the internet company to fix as apparently she had no idea and not willing to help. Remember, the wifi password they give you never works. They just get the tech support guy to reset and password is reset everytime when support guy comes.

This was really a "rent apartment. It was a company which rented some units in apartment building and divided the units into rooms. No services from the staff and they were all having extremely bad attitudes. The room was small, not clean and tidy and stink (Do not believe the photo). I really regret that I had booked this "rent apartment", I would rather gave nt$400 for a better hotel in ximenting.

It was very close to City Hall mrt, less than ten minutes. From City hall mrt you can go anyhere in the city. The bus station have a bus to and from the airport every 30 min for 145 TDollars.From this station you can also go to many places outside Taipei.. The room and bathroom were clean..Safe , no key needed but codes for the door. There is a small refrigerator at he room that you can use. There is a 7 eleven 4 minutes walk away from the appartment so you will no be thirsty or hungry. Taipei 101 is also walkdistance from the appartment.

The entrace of the building is very dark at night however Taipei is a very safe city.

The hotel is very comfort due to facility they have. Good decoration and modern.

The location of the apartment is good, it is easy to take metro.

It is next to the street and always be noisy. It is quite dirty and the smell of bathroom is not good.

Very good deal to stáy there ! they got me from airport to only half from taxi price. Room had everything what I needed and loction was very good. Taipei city hall mrt st.is near and there is bus station also. After my stay friendly stuff in office helped me to find another apartment and cheaper price.that also was good place. Then they gave lot of information and office is very near apartment if need. Wi-fi was fast as well.there is also fitness-room and swimming pool in same condo ,free to use. Highly recommended place to stay in taipei.

What I like best is the spa tub, great to have one in a room or house after a day's touring and shopping. Beds and sofa were comfortable, very cosy like home, not rigid like hotels. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient.

Laundry was a bit of a problem and frequency of the reception of tv was also not too good, should raise the tv for better viewing. Luckt Reant Apartment had arranged for transport, however it was not effective enough, moreover info given by driver to apartment was misleading. Should attached correct info to the key as proper info with lucky rent contact no for any request or enquiries. Also, photos shown on website was different from the room which I had stayed in, in terms of space

It is convenient to shopping and transportation (mrt Station) It has all kind of house electronic and equipments, like water filter, kettle, water heater, washing machine, fridge....

It's difficult to find the location, because no sign to show that is the place. The apartment is very dusty, should clean and mop it each time people move in.

Short walk to Taipei City Hall MRT. It was a very private appartment, no front desk. Very clean, large bathroom, Flat screen TV, and it had a fridge.

The bed was soft and comfortable; however, I felt a few springs.

Living hall and bed room serperated in difference level. Cleaningness ok. Security at lobby good / privacy for staying good also.

1) Toilet shower room without the curtain, need to install, when shower water spray around the basin area. 2) Toilet sliding door very hard to slide. 3) Gas hot water for shower not constanT. 4) Adminstrative office direction not clear, please indicate the building plan on web or address of the building and office level, so when customer arrive able to locate. For the apartment bookiing, as we understand, there is two types of apartment, when book for the apartment please indicate only one address numbers, instate of 2 difference apartments together, so your service able to guide us to the correct apartment.
